At iluTechnologies, we strive to provide the highest level of satisfaction with all of our services, which include web development, ERP system integration, cloud solutions, and more. We understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are offered under the following conditions:


  • Project-based Services: If you are not satisfied with the services we provide (such as website development, ERP system setup, or cloud solutions), you may request a refund within 14 days of project initiation. Refunds will only be considered if substantial work has not been completed or delivered.
  • Subscription Services: For subscription-based services (such as our Beginner, Professional, Expert, and Managed Service packages), refunds will be available under the following conditions:

            • Refunds for monthly subscriptions can be requested within 7 days of the billing date if you are not satisfied with the service provided.
            • Annual subscriptions are refundable within 30 days of the initial purchase. After the 30-day window, no refunds will be granted for annual plans.


2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including:


  • Completed Projects: If a project or service has been completed and delivered to you, no refund will be issued.
  • Custom Development Work: Once custom development (including website customization, ERP configurations, or cloud solutions) has begun, refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis, depending on the level of work completed.
  • Third-Party Services: Any third-party products or services (such as domain registration, hosting, or licensing fees) purchased through iluTechnologies are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:


  1. Submit a Request: Send an email to info@ilutechnologies.com with the subject "Refund Request." Please include your name, contact information, the service purchased, and the reason for requesting a refund.
  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 7 business days. We may ask for additional information to evaluate the situation.
  3. Approval/Denial of Refund: If approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If denied, we will notify you with an explanation of why the refund was not approved.

4. Cancellation of Services


  • Project Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an ongoing project, please notify us in writing via info@ilutechnologies.com. Depending on the work completed at the time of cancellation, we will issue a partial refund.
  • Subscription Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your client account or by contacting info@ilutechnologies.com. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the service for the remainder of the current billing cycle, after which no further charges will apply.

5. Amendments to the Refund Policy

iluTechnologies reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle refunds.
